I was worried that the pens would look more like a marker on my chalkboard instead of chalk. Not the case. Love the look and colors.

Absolutely love my chalkboard! Very easy to use, kid friendly, and so very versatile! Already planning which stencils I am going to use for the next holiday. Absolutely amazing product, thinking of buying another one for more options with decorating! This is one of those items that you smack yourself and say "NOW WHY DIDNT I COME UP WITH THAT!"

To say that I love my Plata Chalkboard would be an understatement. I enjoy being able to create the signs I want, when I want, with whatever message I want. I’ve had my sign for over two years and am constantly getting comments on just how cool it is. Now my two year old loves to “help mama” make signs too! Soon enough she will have her own! BONUS: the Facebook group is an amazing place to share signs, ideas, and cheer each other’s creativeness on!

Stencils are super easy to line up and color in, i really like that there's big capitals and also small cursive ones, the markers are a bit of a learning curve as some are more saturated than others, but rubbing alcohol cleans them really well while you're learning. Overall would recommend- all my neighbors have welcome signs, but im pretty sure im the only one that can completely customize mine :) it also came with a cute personalized note from the seller, and theres additional seasonal magnets i got as well so buy it :)

I originally purchased the tall chalkboard at first and it was absolutely amazing so I was inspired to buy the small wreath chalkboard and some additional stencils…. I love them! So easy to use… I love that I could customize them and I very much appreciate the inspirational ideas I found on the website. Super simple, super easy, looks great! I will buy more as gifts and I highly recommend this product and the customer service is phenomenal.

As you can tell even straight lines are not my thing. I’m the most non-crafty person you’ll ever find, but I love to (try to) decorate for the seasons. This product is easy, quick, and painless. The chalk markers work like paint and are easy to apply. And the magnetic stencils stay in place while you color, while being easy to remove when you’re done. This is a great product for any age and craft skill level! Now for me to work on my straight lines….

I was browsing a few reversible signs for the holidays at a couple different major retailers because I thought they were cute. Then I came to Amazon and saw this awesome chalkboard sign that can literally be used for every season and everyday!!! It’s very high quality and very sturdy. I ordered extra stencils with it also. The stencils are magnetic and stick perfectly. Karen from plata chalkboards also included a beautiful handwritten card with instructions for care and reuse. All around I am very happy with my purchase and can’t wait to decorate for all the seasons!

Love love LOVE this sign! It came very nicely wrapped with a cute handwritten thank you card from the seller! The stencil magnets are perfect and the markers are great for starting out. (I’ll definitely purchase more soon). I’m not a very crafty person but with this board and the Stencils, it was so easy to make it cute. I love that I can change it up for each season. I really wanted a porch sign & I stumbled across this customizable sign which was 10x’s better. It’s easy to use & seems pretty sturdy. I immediately unboxed it so I could test it out. If I could recommend one thing it would be to include more markers & more stencils, but overall I really like this sign!
